Refund Policy
Eligibility For Refunds
> A full refund is available only if the commission is canceled before the Provider has started working on the project.
> If the Provider has already begun working on the project, A partial refund may be considered, heavily considering the stage of progress.
> The Provider is more than willing to work with you throughout the process to be sure the product you receive is desirable. Because of this, once the final product is produced, no refunds will be issued.
If Clients conduct is deemed inappropriate by the provider, a full refund will be issued, and contact will cease.
Inappropriate Conduct includes, but is not limited to:
> Harassment of any kind
> Hate Speech
> Lewd Behavior or communication with sexual undertones.
> Advertising/Spam
Non-Refundable Circumstances
If any of the below cases are true for you, the Provider will not be issuing a refund:
> The client changes their mind when the project is completed.
> The project is completed according to the clients wishes/ Reference materials provided
> The client fails to provide the necessary information or references, causing delays or a cancellation after a 10 business day window.
> Client has not contacted provider after initial message for two weeks. (10 business days.)
If there is a belief that your case is special, and needs more review, please do not hesitate to email the provider directly at Onyx@treasureinthevoid.com. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Clients are strongly encouraged to make contact with the provider regarding any issue they may have. Unauthorized chargebacks of any kind will be disputed with all supporting documentation. This includes, but is not limited to:
> Communication History
> Sketches
> Progress files
Privacy Policy
The Provider does not collect any of the data secured on this site. If there are security concerns, you can read more on how Wix sites and Providers secure your data here, Customers can request a copy of their data folder, or have it completely deleted at any time.
